1. Who we are
Home Service Bundles is a registered fictitious name (DBA) of P50 Digital LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company operating under that name. We are the business responsible for the personal information described here — the controller, in the language of state privacy laws.
We are an independent marketing partner and authorized reseller for home internet, TV and mobile providers. We are not a provider ourselves and we do not operate a network.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers personal information we collect and use in connection with our marketing and sales activities, wherever that activity happens. That includes this website, but is not limited to it. It also covers:
- Lead forms we run on Facebook, Instagram and other social or advertising platforms
- Landing pages and forms we operate on other websites we own
- Inbound and outbound telephone calls, text messages and email
- Information we receive from providers, partners and vendors about you
If you reached this page because we contacted you and you don't recall giving us your information, section 3 explains the most likely source and section 10 explains how to stop contact.
3. Where your information comes from
Lead forms on social and advertising platforms
Most of the information we hold comes from lead forms submitted on advertising platforms — predominantly Meta's instant forms on Facebook and Instagram. When you tap one of our ads and submit that form, the platform pre-fills fields from your account profile, you confirm or edit them, and on submission the platform transmits the information to us. We receive it directly from the platform, usually within seconds, through an integration with our customer relationship system.
Information received this way generally includes your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or city, your answers to any qualifying questions in the form, and the ad and campaign identifiers that tell us which ad you responded to.
Meta's handling of your information before it reaches us is governed by Meta's privacy policy, not this one. Once we receive it, this policy applies.
Forms on this website
The callback request form at the bottom of our home page collects information directly. The three-question tool at the top of the page does not — your service selections, ZIP code and situation stay in your browser for the duration of your visit and are never transmitted to us or anyone else.
Telephone calls
When you call us, or when we call you, we collect what you tell the specialist plus call metadata (the number you called from, time, duration and outcome). Calls may be recorded — see section 4.
Third parties
We may receive information about you from providers and their dealers (for example, whether an order was approved or an install completed), from lead verification vendors that check whether a phone number is valid or appears on a Do Not Call registry, and from marketing partners who obtained your consent and disclosed us as a recipient. Where information reaches us through another marketing company, we require that company to have obtained consent naming us or a category of partners including us.
Automatically, when you browse
Our website and our ads collect technical information automatically, described in sections 4 and 8.
4. What we collect
| Category | Examples | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | First and last name, phone number, email address, service or mailing address, ZIP code, IP address, unique lead and click IDs | You; advertising platforms; partners |
| Commercial information | Services you're interested in, current provider, whether you're moving, orders placed, install dates, plan selected | You; providers |
| Consent records | The exact consent wording shown to you, the page or form it appeared on, date and time, IP address, and a TrustedForm certificate documenting the session | Automatic at submission |
| Audio recordings | Recordings and transcripts of calls with our specialists | Calls |
| Internet and device activity | Browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, campaign parameters (utm_source, gclid, fbclid, sub IDs) | Automatic |
| Approximate location | City or region inferred from IP address; ZIP code you provide | Automatic; you |
| Inferences | Whether you appear to be a good fit for a particular provider or plan | Derived from the above |
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as state privacy laws define it — no Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, health data, biometrics, or information about race, religion, sexual orientation, union membership or immigration status. Please don't put any of that in a notes field. If a provider requires a credit check to complete an order, that identity information goes to the provider, is collected under the provider's own policy, and is not retained by us.
Call recording
Calls to and from us may be monitored, recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance. Where the law requires notice or the consent of both parties, you will be told at the start of the call and may decline — tell the specialist and we will continue without recording or end the call. We instruct specialists not to request payment card numbers or Social Security numbers on recorded calls, and we apply automated redaction to recordings and transcripts as a backstop.
5. Why we use it
- To respond to your request — check what services are available at your address, prepare and explain offers, and contact you about them by phone, text or email
- To place and support an order you ask us to place with a provider
- To prove and honor consent — maintain records showing when and how consent was given, and maintain our internal Do Not Call and suppression lists
- To verify and screen leads — confirm a phone number is valid and reachable, and detect duplicate, fraudulent or automated submissions
- To measure and improve advertising — understand which ads produce genuine interest, and report conversions back to advertising platforms
- To train and evaluate our specialists using call recordings and transcripts
- To meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims
6. Who we disclose it to
- Service providers and their authorized dealers — so they can check serviceability, quote, and provision service at your address. This is the core purpose of giving us your information.
- Marketing partners — those identified in our Consent & TCPA Disclosure, where you have consented to contact from them.
- Vendors that operate our business — hosting and infrastructure, customer relationship and dialer software, telephony and messaging carriers, call transcription and quality analysis, lead verification, consent documentation (ActiveProspect/TrustedForm), and analytics. Each is bound by contract to use the information only to provide those services to us.
- Advertising platforms — we may send hashed identifiers back to platforms such as Meta and Google to measure conversions and improve targeting, as described in section 8.
- Professional advisors — lawyers, accountants and auditors, under confidentiality.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, subject to this policy continuing to apply.
We do not disclose your information to companies unrelated to the request you made, and we are not a data broker.
7. Whether we sell or share it
We do not sell personal information for money.
Some state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough to include two things we do, so we disclose them plainly rather than rely on a technicality:
- When you consent to contact from our marketing partners and we pass your information to one of them, and we receive compensation in connection with that relationship, that may constitute a "sale" under laws such as the CCPA.
- Our use of advertising pixels and conversion APIs, which transmit identifiers to platforms like Meta and Google for measurement and targeted advertising, may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You can opt out of both — see section 10. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
8. Cookies, pixels and ad tracking
- Strictly necessary — session storage that remembers your progress through the three-question tool and prevents duplicate form submissions. This never leaves your browser.
- Analytics — how visitors find and move through the site, in aggregate.
- Advertising — the Meta pixel and Google tags, which record that a visit or conversion occurred and allow measurement and retargeting. We may also send conversion events server-side using hashed contact details.
- Consent documentation — TrustedForm records your session on a form page to independently document what you were shown and what you agreed to.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may then behave unexpectedly. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing where state law requires. A GPC signal is browser-specific and cannot suppress phone calls — to stop calls, use section 10.
9. How long we keep it
- Consent records and TrustedForm certificates: at least five years from collection, to cover the statute of limitations for telemarketing claims.
- Lead and contact records: up to five years from your last interaction with us, unless you ask for deletion sooner.
- Call recordings and transcripts: typically 12 to 24 months, longer where connected to an order, dispute or legal matter.
- Do Not Call and suppression records: indefinitely. We must keep your phone number and email on a suppression list in order to keep not contacting you. This is the one category we cannot delete on request, because deleting it would risk you being contacted again.
- Analytics and advertising data: per the retention settings of the platform, generally 14 to 26 months.
10. Do Not Call, Do Not Sell, and opting out
To stop calls and texts
- Tell the specialist on any call to put you on the Do Not Call list. This is honored immediately.
- Reply STOP to any text message.
- Email hello@homeservicebundles.com with the subject line Do Not Call and include the phone number to suppress.
- Call (888) 411-0068 and ask to be added to our internal Do Not Call list.
We process internal Do Not Call requests promptly and in no case later than the period required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and we maintain the list indefinitely. If you also gave consent to marketing partners, you may need to contact them separately to stop contact originating from them; ask us and we will tell you which partners received your information.
To stop marketing email
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us at the address above.
To opt out of sale or sharing
Email hello@homeservicebundles.com with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share, or call the number above. You may also enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we treat as an opt-out signal for this site. You do not need an account to make this request, and we will not require you to create one.
11. Your privacy rights by state
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Know and access — what personal information we hold about you, the categories of sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients, and to receive a portable copy
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information we hold, subject to the exceptions in section 9
- Opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect any, so this right has no practical application here)
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a lesser quality of service because you exercised a privacy right
- Appeal — if we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our response. We will respond to an appeal within the period your state requires, and if we deny it we will tell you how to complain to your state attorney general.
These rights are available to residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky and Rhode Island, as and when each law takes effect. If your state isn't listed, ask anyway — we generally apply the same process nationwide.
California: the categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose are set out in sections 4, 5 and 6. In the preceding twelve months we have disclosed the categories in section 4 for the business purposes in section 5 and, as described in section 7, may have "sold" or "shared" identifiers and internet activity information. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf with written permission, and we may ask you to verify your identity directly.
Nevada: residents may submit a verified request that we not sell covered personal information, using the contact details in section 12.
12. How to submit a request
Email hello@homeservicebundles.com or call (888) 411-0068. Tell us which right you're exercising and give us the phone number and email address you used, so we can find your records.
We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days, extending once by a further 45 days where a request is complex — we'll tell you if that happens. To protect your information we must verify your identity before acting on an access, correction or deletion request, which usually means matching details you provide against what we already hold. Requests to stop contact are honored without verification, since honoring them cannot harm you.
There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or repetitive, in which case we'll tell you why before doing anything.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit, access controls limiting staff access to what their role requires, and vendor agreements imposing equivalent obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Children
Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
15. Changes and contact
We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the most recent version, and material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
