1. Acceptance

By using this website, submitting a form to us on any platform, or calling the numbers shown here, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

2. What this service is — and isn't

Home Service Bundles is a registered fictitious name (DBA) of P50 Digital LLC. We are an independent marketing partner and authorized reseller. We help you compare home internet, TV and mobile offers and, at your direction, place an order with a provider. We are not AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Charter/Spectrum, Comcast/Xfinity, Frontier, EarthLink, Optimum or any other provider.

Your service agreement is between you and the provider. We do not own the network, control installation schedules, set prices, or have authority to change, credit or cancel your provider account.

3. Educational content on this site

The explanations of connection types, speed guidance and offer terminology on this site are general consumer information provided for planning purposes. Speed ranges are industry generalizations, not offers, guarantees or predictions of what you will receive at your address. Technology and provider practices change. Nothing here is technical, financial or legal advice, and you should confirm specifics with the provider before relying on them.

4. Pricing, availability and offers

All speeds, channel lineups, prices and promotions are set by the provider and vary by address. They can change or end at any time without notice to us. Promotional pricing is typically limited to a fixed term and increases afterward, and may require specific plans, bundles, autopay or paperless billing. Equipment, installation, taxes, surcharges, regulatory fees and early termination fees may apply. Offers are subject to credit approval and serviceability at your address.

Any starting price advertised on this site, including "$29.99/mo", refers to an entry-level plan from a participating provider in select service areas on qualifying plans. It is an illustration of a rate that has been available — not a binding quote, not an offer to contract, and not a representation that it is available to you.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, and only submit a phone number and email address you own or are authorized to use.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a service agreement.
• Do not use the site to submit false, automated or fraudulent inquiries, scrape content, probe security, or interfere with the site's operation.

6. Communications and recordings

How and when we may contact you is governed by the Consent & TCPA Disclosure. Calls may be monitored, recorded and transcribed for quality, training and compliance purposes.

7. Intellectual property and trademarks

The layout, text, graphics and code of this site are owned by us or our licensors. Provider names, logos and marks referenced here are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the services being compared. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation beyond an authorized reseller or marketing relationship where one exists.

8. Third-party sites and providers

We may link to sites we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and your dealings with any provider are solely between you and them.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that information on the site is complete, current or error-free, or that any particular service, speed, price or install date will be available to you.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR ANY PROVIDER SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our officers, employees and partners harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or information you submitted that you were not authorized to submit.

12. Arbitration and class action waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective or representative action. The arbitration will be held in the federal judicial district of your residence or another mutually agreed location.

Opt out: you may reject this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@homeservicebundles.com with your name and the phrase "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first using the site. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.

13. Governing law, changes and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
